Pipe Size Range: is based on ANSI pipe dimensions.

Machine Weight: is the lifting weight of the machine which includes the basic machine with standard tool modules.

Rotating Parts Diameter: is the dimension across the face the machine, including its moving parts (inner ring and standard tool modules) when the machine is set up for the maximum pipe size for the specific model. The rotating parts diameter becomes less when tool modules are positioned inward to reach smaller pipes.Custom configurations are available. Model PFM 3248
ID Mounted Portable Pipe Line Beveling System

The PFM 3248 PIPEMASTER is an ID mount machine tool for beveling, facing and/or counter-boring 32" (812mm) to 48" (1219mm) pipe. The tool is configured with twin hydraulic drive motors that power a helical gear train attached to the main spindle for smoother power delivery and optimal surface finish. A set of hydraulic cylinders, with rapid and slow feed control advance and feed the cutting head into the pipe. A large diameter mandrel shaft is provided for optimum stability during heavy cutting operations. Two hydraulically actuated mandrel heads with mounting pads are available, a 24" to 32" mounting head (avail as accessory), and the standard 32" to 48" mounting head.

The Model PFM 1632 PIPEMASTER is a portable ID mount machine tool for beveling, facing and/or counter-boring 16” through 32” pipe. The machine can machine pipes up to 36" with a special tracking wheel configuration on pipe with up to a 1" wall thickness. The tool is configured with twin hydraulic motor drives that power helical drive gears attached to the main spindle for smoother power delivery for optimal surface finish. A set of two hydraulic cylinders (with rapid and slow feed control) advance the cutting head into the pipe end. A large diameter mandrel shaft is provided for optimum stability during heavy cutting operations. One hydraulically actuated mandrel head with extended mounting ring assemblies and mounting pads covers the complete mounting range of the tool. The lifting frame does not require removal or separate lay down stands. The tool can be lifted for mounting in horizontal, vertical-up, or vertical-down positions for prepping on site pipes.

ID Mounted Portable Pipe Line Beveling System

The Model 816 PIPEMASTERTM is a portable ID mount machine tool for beveling, facing and/or counter-boring 8” (18 mm) through 16” (40 mm) pipe. The tool is configured with dual hydraulic motor drives, that power helical gears attached to the main spindle. A set of two hydraulic cylinders (with rapid and slow feed control) advance the cutting head into the pipe end. A 4” diameter mandrel shaft is provided for optimum stability during heavy cutting operations. One hydraulically actuated mandrel head assembly with mounting pads covers the whole range of the tool.

 





Model PFM 612
OD Mounted Portable Pipe Line Beveling System

• Up to 2.25" (55mm) wall thickness*
• Optional short perch length mounting for collars and coating cut-backs

The PFM 612 is a portable OD mount machine tool for beveling and facing 6” (152.4 mm) through 12” (63 mm) pipe. The machine can cut on pipe down to 4" (thinwall) size with special tooling. The tool is configured with a dual hydraulic drive motor powering a set of helical gears attached to the main spindle. An auto-feed hydraulic cylinder with rapid and slow feed control, provides accurate cutting head control. One hydraulically actuated OD clamping head assembly with mounting pads covers the whole range of the tool.

*Up to 2.25" (55mm) wall thickness with a 6-degree bevel. (Larger angles can be produced on smaller wall thicknesses.)

TRI TOOL® Pipeline Equipment Power Supply


• 75 HP, 3-phase, 460 VAC, 50/60 Hz motor.

The Model HPU 75-60/5 Hydraulic Power Supply is a dual pump power supply (60 GPM and 5 GPM) pressure compensated piston pump. This power unit is designed for supplying hydraulic power to cutting and end preparation pipe lathes with integral hydraulic motors. The 5 GPM pump operating at 2000 PSI provides power to the feed and the clamping system of the PFM. A low voltage (24 volt) pendant provides start/stop control. The pendant allows for operation up to 50 feet away from the power supply. For portability the power supply is integrated into a skid type frame
.

 



ILUC Series Internal Line-Up Clamps
Mod ILUC 810 (8" to 10" Pipe) • ILUC 1012 (10" to 12" Pipe)


• Rapid and dependable weld alignment of pipeline sections.

The ILUC clamp series was developed to provide internal line up for welding of small-bore piping systems. This modular system allows for different configurations to fit a wide variety of applications. Available options include copper backing for root pass integrity, purge dams for TIG welding, and a pneumatic drive system for horizontal operations. For vertical use, an emergency brake system is actuated on loss of pneumatic pressure or electrical current preventing the clamp from dropping into the pipeline.
