Quick Adjust Miter System
The 260DG Double Miter Bandsaw features a quick adjust miter system lets you make fast, accurate miter adjustments while keeping the same point of intersection with the blade and material. Using an easy to operate locking arm and a radial needle and gauge system, the 260DG allows your miter adjustments to be accurate to 1/2°.
End of Cut Sensor
The 260DG Double Miter Bandsaw uses an end of cut sensor to stop the blade drive after the saw has completed cutting the material while hydraulic lifting of the saw head prepares the saw for the next cut cycle.
Micro Mist Coolant System
With an integrated Micro Mist coolant system, the 260DG Double Miter Bandsaw comes ready to use with PeddiCool mist coolant. PeddiCool mist coolant is applied directly to the blade to increase blade life and cut times, and removes the clean up time inherent to flood coolant systems.
Peddicat Blades
The 260DG Double Miter Bandsaw uses carbide blade guides and an adjustable guide arm to guide the special PeddiCat blades squarely through any profile.
