SMAP – AKYAPAK CNC SERVO MOTORIZED PLATE BENDING MACHINE

The up&down movement of bottom roll and two side rolls of the machine is servo-motorized. The drop-end of top roll is opened and closed easily by push buttons on control panel. The body of the machine is welded-steel construction and ST-52 steel is used on construction. The body-work is put under stress relieving process. The material of the rolls, bearings and the other materials used on the machine are chosen amongst the best quality brands and they are so strong considering the bending momentum.

The machine is CNC Graphic System controlled.

Our machines are designed on 3D CAD/CAM programmes, examined on resistance analysis programmes by experienced and expert technical staff and then produced.

Our machines are suitable with ‘’CE’’ norms and includes both hydraulic and electrical protections.
